Title of the Innovation: Urethanized Bitumen system for waterproofing of roofs
Brief About Innovation
Modified asphalt with a urethane polymer prevents traffic-rutting, low-temperature cracking, moisture cracking, and fatigue cracking as per various studies. Urethane-modified membranes also attain greater adhesion levels of surface aggregate to the actual membrane, which enhances a roof’s weathering capabilities. Exhibits variable viscosity, adequate elastic resilience and reduced thermal susceptibility.
